Policy

OUR ORDER PROCESSING POLICY:

The product cost includes the product purchase fee and the product quality assurance service fee. After the customer completes their order, our team will contact them to confirm their specific customization requirements. The customer will receive a purchase agreement, which they will sign and send back to Seiplad. The order will be considered processed once Seiplad receives the signed purchase contract from the customer.

PRODUCT CUSTOMIZATION POLICY:

Seiplad will customize products according to the customer's requests outlined in the purchase agreement. Customization of the products takes between 14 to 30 days. Once the product is customized, Seiplad will notify the customer and allow them to inspect their product. Once the customer is satisfied with their product, they will sign the acceptance agreement. Once the acceptance agreement is signed, the product shipping process will commence.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY:

Seiplad will arrange the transportation of the product for the customer. The goods will be delivered to the address agreed upon by both Seiplad and the customer via the nearest port to the customer's location. Shipping may take between 40 to 50 days for Capsule Houses, Garden Cabinets and Saunas. For other accessories between 10 to 17 days.

REFUND POLICY:

Space Capsules and Garden Cabinets:
Seiplad will only offer a full refund if the customer requests a refund before signing the purchase agreement. If the customer requests a refund after signing the purchase agreement, they will receive 50% of the full amount paid. Seiplad will not accept a refund request after the customer has signed the acceptance agreement. Seiplad will not offer a refund in the case of damages during shipping.

We offer refunds exclusively for other accessories under the following circumstances:
1. Product Damage: If the received product is damaged, please contact us immediately with supporting evidence, such as clear photos of the damaged item.

2. Late Delivery: Refunds will be considered if the product delivery exceeds the stipulated time frame by 7 days. Kindly notify us promptly in such instances.


WARRANTY:

Seiplad will offer a 12-month service warranty from the day when both parties sign the acceptance agreement. Warranty scope and disclosure: The main frame structure and indoor hard decoration have a 12-month after-sales maintenance period (excluding artificial damage and glass damage). Seiplad will not be responsible for damages caused by a third party. Seiplad will provide 24/7 after-sale service to our customers.
